Mundubile, Greyford Monde and Mutotwe Kafwaya Join the Case to Challenge Miles Sampa’s Sham Conference

High Court Judge Situmbeko Chocho has granted an application by Mporokoso Member of Parliament and PF Presidential Candidate, Hon. Brian Mundubile to be joined to the Miles Sampa case.

This is a case in which Secretary General has sued Miles Sampa for holding an illegal Conference and purporting to be Patriotic Front President.

Mundubile has stated that Sampa was a suspended member of the Party and had no authority to convene or host an Extra-Ordinary General Conference.

He has stated that the Extra-Ordinary General Conference that was purportedly held by Sampa was illegal and a sham as it was held without regard to the provions of the PF Constitution or its regulations.

He said as a presidential contender who paid K200,000 to participate in the PF Presidential Election, he is waiting for the party to host a legal and legitimate Extra-Ordinary General conference.

Judge Chocho has granted an application and set 4th December 2023 for inter-party hearing.

Judge Chocho also granted another application to join other two presidential candidates: Greyford Monde and Hon. Mutotwe Kafwaya to the case.
