Copper Queens thrashed Angola 6-0 in the first leg of the final round of the Women’s African Cup of Nations on Wednesday night.
Skipper Barbra Banda hit a hatrick with Racheal Kundananji involved in four goals.

Defender Lushomo Mweemba gave Zambia the lead in the 40th minute before two quickfire goals from Banda to send the Copper Queens 3-0 up at Luanda’s Estadio 22 Junho.
After the break, Ireen Lungu increased Bruce Mwape’s queens to four goals.
Banda then grabbed a hatrick thanks off another Kundananji assist.
Kundananji then got her goal after some good works down the right flank from veteran Racheal Nachula.
Zambia will now host Angola next week at Ndola’s Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
